It’s genuinely shitty
Hardy plays a role he had played repeatedly, the same crap American accent
The action sequences are stupid. Apparently every sidearm is a fully automatic weapon with a magazine holding infinity rounds
I kept hoping that it would be so bad that it’d cross over into being campy, but it’s so badly made that it’s a movie that doesn’t even know that it’s shit. There’s no redeeming feature to this film
I’ve seen worse, but not by much. 3/10
