BRUSSELS — European trade ministers are meeting in Brussels on Monday, following U.S. President Donald Trump’s surprise announcement of 30% tariffs on the European Union.

The tariff guy announced tariffs?! Who could have seen that coming? Especially after ha already had set up tariffs a few month back and gave a 90 day pause for negotiations and that pause now ends. Totally unpredictable.
