For me, that would only make sense if Owens literally ‘accused’ her of being a man, not a trans woman. The other case outlined in the text then would be a distinctly different case:
Brigitte Macron was previously awarded £6,750 in damages last year after two other far-right influencers falsely accused her of being a transgender woman.
