As someone else pointed out in another thread: copyright infringements maximum sentence is 5 years in germany. So beeing accused of downloading a song would allow the police to backdoor your phone/computer/infrastructure… same with stealing an apple because you are hungry and calling a politician, for example the Turkish president erdogan, a fragile, narcissistic egomaniac in a poem (“Schmähkritik”).
