Oh, I don’t expect it to happen, I’m just pointing out that it still exists and takes care of some of that functionality. I don’t think I’ve ever seen gifs, videos, or screen sharing implemented in IRC.
I have heard they’re still on the old site. I dunno, I avoid the old site as much as possible.
IRC is basically all the chat portions of discord.
The issue with restaurants in the US is that there are only 5-6 “authorized distributors” in a given region. There are the big four that are national, and there are smaller regional distributors. I’m not legally allowed to shop at a grocery store or farmer’s market, and run even a food cart. It’s “food safety management,” BS that is based on science, but also means that all the ingredients are mass produced, so every restaurant tastes off if you’re used to actually fresh produce and meats. We really do need to bust a fuckton of monopolies, duopolies, etc., in this country
And those of us near the Mexican or Canadian borders. Until recently…
It was a joke. We have invented fission and fusion, but the reactors are still attached it to a Rankine Cycle.
Also, the radius would be considerably larger than the sun. Perhaps not encapsulating The Earth, but that seems like a potential death sentence, if we built a Dyson Sphere rather than a Dyson Swarm
Not that I’m aware of. All our nuclear commercial power plants are just plain old nuclear energy boiling water. We’re gonna use a damn Dyson Sphere to boil water…
We have bombs that use a similar starting mechanism, but they aren’t exactly useful energy production.
I’m pretty sure they aren’t doing the design part of the research. A lot of the “new” designs that China has been testing recently, have been sitting on US and European shelves for decades, like since the late '60s and early '70s. There’s just not really a way, in the West, to legally set up a test reactor. China can just ignore things like permits and zoning.
Historically, that hasn’t gone well the last couple times we have tried that.
The way I understand it, is that Audi, Volvo, and VW have had the hardware in place for a few years. They are collecting real world data about how we drive before they allow the systems to be used at all. There are also legal issues with liability.
The other brands, such as Audi and VW, work much better than Tesla’s system. Their LIDAR systems aren’t blinded by fog, and rain the way the Tesla is. Someone recently tested an Audi with its system against a Tesla with its system. The Tesla failed either 3/5 or 4/5 tests. The Audi passed 3/5 or 4/5. Neither system is perfect, but the one that doesn’t rely on just cameras is clearly superior.
Edit: it was Mark Rober.
Sweden really should have put in a right of refusal clause to buy back SAAB from GM. At least you still have the airplane division.
I don’t know if it will work outside of Albania, but I found it while I’m in California.

Oh then that would be a few thousand dollars cheaper.
If you have an internal combustion engine car that is currently not running due to engine and or transmission issues, but nothing to repair regarding the body, suspension, brakes, etc. There are a couple of companies in LA that do EV conversions, complete with manual transmission mimicking, for about $30,000.
Yep. Clearly I wasn’t straightforward enough
Because of legal loopholes I’m certain. They aren’t technically creating images of someone that is legally a minor, despite the fact that those extremely innocent people happen to be older than 18 y/o physically, while being a bit younger mentally.
The law is generally extremely slow to close such loopholes, and for good reason. You’re seeing in real time what happens when someone tries to close all the loopholes that they care about. Drumpf just happens to care about loopholes that no one except fascist billionaires care about.
TIL ADHD is either a “race”, or the diagnosis is “racist.”
Fuck off, troll.
