Not entirely, and you did a great job of overcoming that. But learning empathy and really anything is easiest as a child and the parents are the best avenue for that.

What’s really crazy is that Europe will soon need most homes to have central heating. With the AMOC collapse hurrying along, Europe will actually fall off in temp soon and be more like Canada. Meanwhile the eastern USA will be flooded and very hot because the current stopped pulling hot water away from the coast.

Give that like 20 years or so. Maybe less.

I agree. I like the post and its message, but in general everyone needs to focus less on identity and more on community. People have really lost the plot these days. What are we doing all of this for? So our families will have a good life, right? Everyone the world over is mostly just looking for that.
