If I said “we need public transit as a city” am I assuming that everyone lives in my city or am I simply talking about my own city?

That’s exactly what I would assume, because you’re talking like your city is the default and everyone knows which one you’re talking about.

I still don’t think this “Lavender AI” actually exists, I think that was another scapegoat to blame their deliberate targeting of civilians on.

I didn’t read the last book before watching the movie, I’m going to do so this time. Excited to actually see Haymitch’s backstory and how his Games went.
