They are more basic, I think? The US ones provides tons of additional services around the basic compute/storage stuff.

This seems to be mostly about a technical solution “Fulcrum”.
I don’t think this is a technical problem though. Why is there no European AWS/GCP/Azure? I guess SAP BTP is the closest thing but it is effectively unknown compared to the US offerings.
I like the Pathfinder games slightly more (even though BG3 has better cut scenes). So I’m happy Owlcat Games is from Greece/Armenia.
The publisher Deep Silver is Austrian.
Europe doesn’t produce that much cotton or wool, so there isn’t that much we can do at scale. Biggest one in Europe is Turkey and they are not EU.
A Playstation can also stream all kinds of stuff but it is much more expensive.
Thomson is a french company. Never used them though.
