Yeah more contact time with the grounds let’s it extract more. the limit being channeling when you grind too fine which prevents water from making even contact with the entire puck.

Good to hear that it followed suit with the rest of the kde suite as of late. I used to hate plasma desktop due to instability and poorly implemented features but it’s the only one I use now.
