Okay, I get it. I think you’re right.

What’s a “sound font”?
Elump will accomplish this not by improving technology or software, but by outlawing any safety regulations that prove inconvenient.
But… I’m confused. Didn’t Musk call empathy a weakness? Surely someone so tolerant, inclusive, and humble couldn’t be wrong.
Huh. I always took the term “lost cause” at face value, and thought it simply meant that the confederacy was hopeless and doomed to fail. I didn’t realize it was based on hypocrisy and lies. Thanks for the heads up!
Edit: the more I read that Wikipedia page, the angrier I get
I’m part of the minority that really likes Joker: Folie à Deux. The ending feels true to the spirit of the story, even if it’s not what the general public (and especially Joker fanboys) wanted.
I have to imagine that a fair amount of that is intentional. Some people are just pigs.
Frankly, if a child somehow makes it into my home, and is left unsupervised long enough to work out which of the 7 remote controls turns on the TV and surround sound system, and figures out how to access Netflix - I’d say they’re mature enough to watch whatever they want.
Gold.
Nothing intelligent to say, just lol
“We won’t play along with your market manipulation.”
Eternals. It has a different “feel” than other Marvel movies, and I like it!
If they’re “unarchivable”, how are they online in the first place? At some point, the data sets were broken down so they could be read and searched via computer. Why can’t that information be backed up?
I must be misunderstanding the headline.
I think that’s why Neeson might be a success. Leslie Nielsen reacted to absurd situations with deadpan seriousness. He was an excellent clueless straight man.
Neeson himself doesn’t have to be very funny. As long as what’s happening around him is the right kind of humor, it could work.
It’ll be corporate owned and centralized, so I don’t care at all.
Musk paid to build (and is paying to maintain) an AI that calls him out on his bullshit and stubbornly refuses to be “corrected”. That is an oversimplification, but I fucking love it anyway.
I hate AI and avoid it as much as possible. I don’t really care who is better at it.
Hearing Downey will play Doom actually got me enthusiastic. Conversely, I’m indifferent to Majors being dropped.
Vague, overly broad laws are indeed a problem; I’m willing to give him that. ONLY that.
Unfortunately for Musk, this is not vague. If the footage is something you created or manipulated, you know perfectly damn well whether it’s legal or not. He’s trying to confuse the issue, and conflate fraud with free speech. Hopefully, the court will see right through him.
