Just writing a text document without it crashing every 5 minutes (and with each crash also half way corrupting my save files) is too much to ask

Just stop it with these big releases, just make a well working base line and then slowly weekly add some small new feat until it’s complete and then you only do security upgrades. Not everything needs a new library from scratch, thank you very much

Interesting article but also useless in that nobody will do this, because nobody cares. This article suggests that everybody needs to cooperate in delaying AI and building good safety nets. Really? World wide cooperation? If the world has shown one thing it is that it deserves to be overtaken by AI. The world is 95% mostly okayish people who are, however, not willing to take on the psychopathic 5% that continuously think that THEY are worthy of being king, and so cause all the wars and misery we live in today
